• Email correspondence: anything you send to office@coneycyclones.com, tickets@coneycyclones.com, or media@coneycyclones.com, including membership and sponsorship inquiries and invoice details.
• Membership and sponsorship records: name, contact details, tier, and payment status — kept to fulfill the membership or sponsorship.

We do not use website analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site.

• To respond to inquiries you send us.
• To process memberships and sponsorships, including sending invoices and confirmations.
• To send members-only updates (only to people who have opted in by becoming a member).
• To keep records required for our normal business and accounting.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Club — for example, an email provider used to deliver invoices, or an accountant — and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep contact-form messages and inquiry emails for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period after for our records. Membership and sponsorship records are kept while the relationship is active and afterward to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you member updates. Email office@coneycyclones.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
